What is the Property Prospector solution?

The Property Prospector™ investor automation system by Bizglove™, Inc. is a software solution available in two editions based on the real estate entrepreneur's need and experience level. The Starter Edition offers a single public website, with content targeted to sellers, and buyers. The Professional Edition has a series of three public websites and a unified password-protected website designed by and for real estate investors. Each of the public websites in the Professional Edition are designed to target specific audiences: property sellers, property buyers and investors with private money to lend.

Why are there three separate public websites in the Professional Edition?

Our experience has shown that potential buyers and sellers are confused when we talk about how we buy and sell properties. Plus, we have lost deals when our buyer or seller has decided to do a deal on their own. The people we work with as real estate investors already understand how we work, but may not find us from our marketing for buyers and sellers. With each audience targeted with their own website, the messages are straightforward and only relevant to that audience's needs.

What is the password-protected website used for?

To make changes to the parameters of your system, you must logon with a user name and password. Once on your password-protected site, you can see messages from motivate buyers, sellers and investors that want to talk to you. There are tools in the site to customize your public sites, maintain information about your properties including photos, analyze deals, prioritize contacts, manage all of your communications, and even automatically fill out the tons of paperwork that bogs you down.

Do you offer upgrade pricing if I get a Starter Edition or Starter Edition Plus?

Yes! You can always upgrade at anytime and get full credit for the Setup Fee you paid applied to the Setup Fee for your new upgraded edition. And, if there are any special promotional prices available, you get the credit off the discounted promotional price.

Do I have to sign a contract?

No. You can cancel at any time and have no further obligation. Read all of the details of our hosting agreement and terms by clicking here. Of course we have a few rules that we ask all our customers to follow like NO SPAMMING and you can not break any laws in the use of our hosting services.

What are the system requirements for the Property Prospector solution?

Any computer with access to the Internet can use the Property Prospector solution. The "WYSIWYG" (What You See Is What You Get) editor used to customize web pages and to create document templates for the Auto-Fill Forms required Microsoft Internet Explorer Version 5.5 or later on a computer running Microsoft Windows.

Does the Property Prospector solution work with a "Dial-Up" connection to the Internet?

The public portions of the Property Prospector websites are designed to work with dial up connections. The private portions of the system will work with dial-up connections, but productivity will be low. A broadband cable modem or DSL connection is recommended since investors will be using their computer with the Property Prospector system very extensively.

Will the Property Prospector solution fit with my investing strategy?

The professionally created web pages that are included with all editions of the Property Prospect system are designed to work with the most popular investing strategies taught by many real estate gurus. Many real estate investor experts that teach seminars and author books use websites in their own investing activities. With the customization features in the Property Prospector system, you can modify your web pages to fit any investing strategy. Regardless of your property acquisition strategy, the property selling features of the system is very effective for nearly any investor.

When will the Property Prospector system be available to purchase?

You can purchase either the Starter Edition or the Starter Edition Plus or the Professional Edition right now by clicking here. We are preparing the next release of the system that includes enhancements to the administration site, more themes, more PDA integration features, auto-fill forms & documents, and the short sale manager. Our policy is make new features available to all customers, based on the Edition with no upgrade fees. You can start with the system as it is today, and when these features are released, your system will automatically be upgrade. You have nothing to install! We are constantly receiving feedback and suggestions from our customers, a nationwide group of real estate investors with all levels of experience. Occasionally we add features we like, since we are investors too! We anticipate the next version of the Property Prospector system will be available publicly in the Fourth Quarter of 2005.

What is the pricing for the Property Prospector system?

There are two versions of the Property Prospector system to fit to your expertise and need. When version 2.0 is available, pricing will be announced.
